***Official 2021 Vikings***

Sad news:
I started following the Vikings during his first year as head coach. I was 8 years old. Before that I only knew the NFL by its star players. I had no idea if Jerry Burns was a good coach or bad coach. He was just THE coach as far as I was concerned.

I hope I'm wrong, but I'll go 8-9 or 7-10 for their record this year. If Rodgers stays in GB (which I doubt will happen) i'll say 6 or 7 wins tops.

I'm slightly more optimistic, but I still think 9 wins is the best case scenario.
Beat Detroit twice
Split with Chicago and Green Bay
Beat Cincy, Carolina, and Pittsburgh
Then get 3 of Arizona, Seattle, Cleveland, Dallas and the Chargers.

And if you get lucky and AR isn't with Green Bay, maybe you have a little more breathing room. Not an easy road, to be sure, but it's the path is there.

Absolute ceiling is 11 wins. To get there you need to sweep DET, and take 3-4 from GB (No Rodgers) and CHI (rookie QB woes or Dalton and they limp to a 6-8 wins).

Team has a floor or 6 wins win my opinion (DETx2, CIN, CAR and 50/50 games against DAL, LAC, PIT and CHI x2)

I'd have them 1-3 heading into week 5. Calls for Zim to be fired get VERY noisy

Beat DET and CAR to get to 3-3 at the bye. Fire Zim talk settles into the bye

Could very easily lose 5 in a row coming out of the bye. 50/50 games against DAL and LAC likely mean they are around 4-7 and 5-6 going into week 13

Best DET and beat either PIT or CHI to get to 6-8 or 7-7

Only win 1 against LAR, GB and CHI

Finish between 7-10 and 8-9
