***Official 2021 Vikings***

I hope the mandate happens as I'd like to see what megapay guys like Cousins will do? Will he really quit?

Interesting article in the Pioneer Press with Chuck Foreman saying he would not play with a guy like Cousins if he refused to get the vaccine.

This team appears to have some culture problems and Covid vaccines are bringing this out. Part of me hopes that Cousins retires and the team tank for a couple years and rebuild this thing. They are not going to win anything with him anyways.

Never been a huge fan of Cousins, but always reminded people what he was. He's an above average QB when he has tools around him. Not going to win you games by himself, but he's better than you can get most other places. The problem has always been his pay vs what he provides.

Regardless, I watched some of the Vikings preseason action last week. I found myself actively rooting against Cousins, even as a Vikings fan. I can't stand the guy.

Chuck Foreman's comment was that this issue has a great chance of dividing the locker room. Joe Theisman has said the same thing.
To Cousins, it's all about him and couldn't care less about his leadership role. Foreman's take on him-- he's 'selfish'.

I think it already has. You already have Zimmer and the non-vaccinated players at-odds.

If these PS games are any indication at all of future state, this team is going to be abso-f***ing-lutely terrible.
Typical Vikings. They’ll go 6-11. They have talent but can never do anything with it. No playoffs I’d assume Zimmer is gone.

This game is a capsule of the whole preseason for the Vikings. I bet they've had over 75 percent of their drives end in three plays and a punt.
