Not really a transfer but I wouldn't mind the staff going after this guy.

I would say he's pretty similar to Cheikna Dembele, and we've put our eggs in that basket, so as of right now, I don't see us getting involved.
And I would guess, at this time of the recruiting season, if you don't get involved with a kid right away, then you don't stand much chance.

Still really hoping that we can pull Cheickna Dembele out, although he has been getting heavy recruiting from 'Cuse and him being closer to that area and them making the final four is scary. Crossing my fingers for his april decision to be for the good guys.
Doesn't look like much in the way of promising post players that are immediately eligible. Who knows though, Biefeldt's numbers coming out of Michigan didn't look all that great, iirc, but he worked out pretty well for Indiana and would have been nice here.
The Hawaii big Jankovic (sp?) isn't on that list. Is he still on the fence about transferring?
How do the coaches keep up with all these names, there seem to be 40-50 a day or more right now? Do they look for kids they recruited before so they do not start at zero?
It just seems like a lot more players this year.
Getting to be more like MLB and NFL where the rosters are pretty much rebuilt at the end of each year with free agency. I expect a new NCAA rule where a school can name X number of players as franchise players and they are not allowed to transfer!

Maybe I'm wrong but I'm not sure he has actually announced anything, just speculation that he will transfer because of the situation at Hawai'i.
As far as I'm aware, none of the Hawaii players have announced a transfer yet. I think many just assumed it since he was conference player of the year and will be a senior.
I certainly wouldn't be surprised if he does transfer, but I wouldn't be shocked if he doesn't, either. They all LOVE their coach here. It'll be interesting to see the loyalty vs. desire to win aspect and how it plays out.
