Official 2014 Recruiting thread

Suggestion: You guys need a dedicated recruiting forum. Would make things easier to track.
 
Yeah it has made my past year away from rivals very painful. God forbid anyone be able to create a new thread with pertinent information as it happens instead of this ridiculous obsession with mega threads. I think the biggest reason for the ridiculousness I have seen is the age/maturity level of the younger crowd this site attracts. Love the young excitement for Iowa State but it can drive a divide when older fans try to join in.

We told him he doesn't have one unless someone else decommits. We made the decision.

At one time there was a tab at the top of the sight to cover recruiting,, but apparently there was a misappropriation of funds or some type of ponzi scheme.

Seems the whole thing got tied up in court, and after like 3 years of going there and seeing the" under construction check back soon message" apparently they finally pulled the plug on the project. Guys who made donations lost several bucks in the whole sordid affair.
In an effort to recoup the losses CF replaced the Recruiting Tab with the supporters tab. And if you go there the first supporter you see is Lincoln Savings Bank, not to be confused with Lincoln Savings and Loan, oh the irony in that.

So now we resort to the one giant mega thread, developed by Al Gore as he was working on bringing the internet to everyone.

This is silly. If you are following recruiting, you can always check the last page to see any relivent info. All commits get their own thread. I don understand the obsession with have 50 different recruit threads when all info could be right here. I would prefer a recruiting board that is seperate bit until then...

Only place I found this, however, Kenric retweeted it so I would assume it's true. Said Utah was slightly in the lead yesterday. Seems like that where he'll end up. No big deal.
 
Wouldn't be shocked if Kenric went elsewhere. Feels like we already have a ton of wideouts on campus and a few commits on top of that
 
Not looking good for Kenric Young. Looked at his twitter, and he had a interview with a Utah Sports Radio station. Then he tweeted this morning that the interview opened his eyes. :cry:
