That's slightly different. You don't go to JUCO Qbs for depth usually. Also, Cam was a 5 star out of high school, went to Florida, then went to a JUCO. It's really a lot different.

Probably not, with Jauan Wesley and Orion Salters both committed. Just my guess.
Loving the fact that the recruiting thread is almost 100 pages.... awesome. Anyway, I really do feel like we have a good shot at Clinkscales and thats being objective. He wants early playing time- check, he would prefer playing with teammate Danzel McDaniel and as mentioned before- we have offered, he liked us quite a bit during his visit, and we a significantly closer (no idea if this last one has any bearing at all but I don't feels like it hurts us).
When I watched that video I didnt see Jarvis West or James White. That reminded me most of Quentin Bundrage. Very shifty off the bubble screen, nice break away speed, only makes the moves that are needed to get him the most yardage (doesn't dance around too long).
He's giving us a lot of love on Twitter... He knows what ISU is about, and he has seen personally how passionate CPR can be!! Like it's been stated before, the post-game speech CPR gave could pay dividends, and potentially pull a recruit from Alabama. I don't think that would happen without CPR!! Just saying.
The 247 recruiting "crystal ball" has Gaines 100% to the good guys.

I agree that he may not be at a position of need, but it's hard to pass up a great talent and I think he would be a huge addition to the Cyclones. He would be our 2nd (behind Lazard) or 3rd (behind Lazard and Mister) highest rated commit this year, depending on which recruiting service you use. Through 6 games he is averaging 9.8 yards per carry and 21.8 yards per reception playing in big school Florida football.
Haven't seen this posted yet. ISU offered another corner. Corry O'Meally out of Elsworth. Looks to have those long levers at 6'0" tall.

Edmond Boateng recently had his 247 sports rating updated. He moved up to the #2 JUCO player in the class.

We need Boateng, Clinkscales, and a badass JuCo LB for next year. I would feel pretty good about the defense then.
As for the offense - I wish adding Lazard and Montgomery made me feel the same... but those two don't mean we will try to throw it deep, or have the time to throw deep...

I honestly don't think we need a Juco LB as much as Juco DL. But I wouldn't turn it down.
For a DB, most of you already know about Danzel McDaniels, Terrell Clinkscales teammate in JC and they would like to play on the same team. For a JC LB, recently Rhoads has been going after Dejon Brown - Yahoo! Sports to help transition the young LB core after George leaves next year
hmmmm, I wonder what his speed is. Size is adequate. Would put on at least another 10 over the offseason. With Brackins and Knott returning, I wouldn't expect a huge upgrade at LB if any though.
I'm mostly worried about size + experience at LB. Knott and Brackens are small LBs. Id love to have a Jake Knott/ Klein-sized LB (Meeks?) to replace George. Unfortunately, Meeks does not (will not) have a lot of experience.

Looking at his Rivals and ESPN profiles. Both have him as a top 200 player. But it also shows on Rivals, that we have not offered yet. It seems like almost every SEC school has offered.
