Official 2014 Recruiting thread

At 6'3", I hope he is fast if he intends to stay at safety, otherwise, I have always been a fan of moving safeties to LBs to provide speed at the position.

That's what he told a Rivals reporter. He doesn't have an offer from Indiana that I've seen anyway. I hate to lose a kid to Memphis. That'd be bad news.

Only thing I've seen from him with Indiana is that he just tweeted it yesterday when asked his top 3

Considering his offers and top 3, I'm pretty sure he wants in the big time. Memphis is not the big time.

Ive found over the years Rivals is not the end all be all for listing the offers.

I know Micquell Cotton plans a visit soon and to me, he would be a better get and many feel he is leaning towards the good guys. With him and the other Juco prospect, the only way I see Bonner committing is if the staff missed on 1 of those 2.

Certainly not. However, with the story coming out Monday and the writer stating ISU is his only BCS offer, I pretty much put 2 and 2 together. Most likely projects as a hybrid here.

Would work well, he could sit behind Rogers for 3 years of development and growth. Plenty of time to bulk and make the transition.

Most of what I have heard has Cotton leaning towards Indiana.
