***Offical NBA Regular Season Thread***

I thought with the auction-style deadline Houston was using to move him there'd be more chatter about possible destinations, but I haven't seen much of anything. Any idea what kind of offer they've been getting?

I've been hearing multiple things

Rockets are pushing Paul Milsap from the Hawks
Jeff Green and Brandon Bass from the Celtics
Thaddeus Young from the 76ers
The Cavaliers would also like him, but they already have a glut of PF/C on that team.

Please tell me you guys saw highlights of the Bargnani shot from last night

No, but I saw Lebron make love to George, or at least try to. Grabbing him from behind like that. Had George not already jumped, he would have ended up violated.

But the NBA isn't rigged or anything

Superstars get away with that kind of stuff; that's how it goes. Ask Bryon Russell.

I think the funniest part was Doug Collins trying to give the ref an out as to why he blew that call so blatently.

Then of course the talking heads have to make it seem like miami is back because they had a comeback against the pacers.

And of course, the biggest shock, was that Hibbert had 5 fouls. heat can't guard him.

The refs probably ignored because of George's blatant flopping earlier in the game.

Doubt that. More likely that there was a no call because Lebron got the superstar treatment plus most NBA refs have a tendency to swallow their whistle in the final moments of a close game. Was it a foul according to the letter of the rule? Sure. Was it a foul within the context of the game and how a typical NBA game gets officiated? Nope.

He grabbed him TWICE around his waist from behind the second time when he raised up to shoot the game tying 3.

In a history of clueless posts, you may have topped yourself with this one.

Hook line and sinker. LOL

Looks like Houston won't be able to find a palatable deal for Asik. That guy totally shot himself in the foot by being an unprofessional baby about the Dwight Howard thing. I'm sure they would have had more offers if he hadn't pulled that pouty refusal to play stunt. Now he's made a situation where it's all but guaranteed he'll be stuck in Houston.

They need to do something about all the national tv Bulls games. first the rout by Houston and tonight Thunder will abuse the bulls by at least 30. Get the Bulls off National TV. the bulls aren't tim floyd bad but they are Scott Skiles / Vinny Del Negro mediocre.
