tell me how arguably our best team did against Drake? I'll await your answer...stop freaking out it's the second game of the year with 7-8 new players on our team on their first road game....
Freaking out? No. I'm simply tired of bad basketball. I don't even remember what good ISU basketball looks like anymore.
That's not true. We will be better next year. Luscious and Clyburn are both very talented guys. And this is just one half, relax, we're still going to win this game. The talent is there we just need to learn to play better together.
I'm in Arizona, and always listen on Clone Zone. Tonight I signed up for the video, and we have the Drake announcers? Is it like that for road games, if so I'd rather just listen to John and Eric.
We must be the worst team in America at finishing at the rim. Our guys always seem off balance by the time they get there. We are so physically superior to Drake, it is a shame we let them hang around. I would think we could run them out of the gym.

I just spoke with AE. He was at a MBA job fair for Principal Financial. Super nice guy. He is much better than this color commentator
I think it was the year after Fizer (2000-01) but that team did end up as a #2 seed in the tournament that year. You are correct, no reason to panic right now.
This is beyond pathetic right now. I'll tell you what this team needs at halftime... Paul Rhoads. He'd set them straight..... or else. I'm not confident Fred will really lay into them at all?
Many on here like to keep saying that not having a PG is no big deal, but it's HUGE... sorry. Scotty has looked like crap in all 3 games thus far this season.
Beyond that, I'm not sure this team was put together very well. No PG.... and too many individuals that don't gel together at all. It's a big problem. I'm not certain how Fred is supposed to coach all these scorers? We don't have the role players you need... they are all individual type scoring players. DG would help this team a ton.
Better pick it up somehow in the 2nd half... or this could be a LONG season folks.

Those were the early days of interwebz meltdowns. It happened, but it was about 1/10 the amount of people there are now. Antique meltdowns if you will.
