Everyone doesn't seem to understand this is a new team playing on the road for the first time. It isn't surprising that they are starting out slow.

Against Lehigh, the team came out at half and played like a whole new team until the last 8 minutes, but at that point, it was already over. Hopefully they come out the same way, just doesn't finish like they did last game.

Basically what I was thinking. Never heard the man talk, but I'm pretty sure Emmenecker is still white.

Come out with a steady diet of Royce in the paint until they start collapsing on him then drain the shots.

Confident ISU will pull this out, but glad I didn't bet my savings on the tempting line ;-)

Dolph Pulliam. He played at Drake. He is AWFUL. I mean absolutely horrendous. Last year he was bad but hilarious bad. This year it's been just bad bad.

I wonder why we haven't seen Sledge? He must be really underwhelming in practice because he is the fastest guy on the court and probably the best ball handler. Maybe it's taking a little while for him to learn the offense; or maybe he doesn't have as good of vision as I had thought.

Any insight on Sledge? Coming into this season, I was most excited about seeing him in action.

We lost to Drake the year we went to the elite eight, and Drake was horrible. This the first road game of the year, they still need to get comfortable with each other in game situations. Chill out everybody.

If I remember correctly, perhaps our best team ever lost at Drake during the 2000 season with Fizer, Tinsley, Nurse, Horton, and Johnson.
