Niang at it again

Hahaha, yeah, McD discovered Barnes. Nice. And the first 3 were not unknowns when we were recruiting them. McD could never seal the deal. Fred can.

Not to mention Colton Iverson is not exactly a titan in the world of college basketball.

Said to his players in a huddle:

Don't respond to any of the bull**** out there. They have been cheapshottin' us all night...that's how they play.

If it's true no biggie. I'm not watching though.

Final thoughts:

Not one of BABC's better games. Looked nothing like their Peach Jam championship game I saw. They were flat, outhustled, and disjointed.

The other team had a good defensive strategy...they sagged off Noel and let him have 15 footers. They doubled Niang every time he put the ball on the floor.

The other team killed BABC's zone, the game turned back BABC's way when they came out of the zone.

Niang finished with somewhere around 10 pts, 6 reb., but those are my estimates...the commentators didn't give many individual stat updates.

They are heavy underdogs, and are living and dying be the three. Mostly living.

They haven't shot a free throw yet.

BABC looks flat.

BABC is exhausted and it will be worse in a couple of hours in the championship game.

Hoop Heaven is a very small team and did a good job of spreading the court and making 3s so it made things difficult for BABC who was expecting to blow them out and rest their starters.

Didn't watch but the scoring is very similiar to the way they have won (Peach Jam). BABC usually scores in the low to mid 60's and holds their opponents in the 50's. Must be nice to be "outhustled" as some have said and still keep doing what you've been doing.
