Where did you get your patrty school list? Do they mention what they based it on? Do you know why Iowa is on those lists? Have you been tailgating at either Iowa or ISU?

I think you are confusing your definition of "tailgating" with your definition of "partying."
I understand that at Iowa, "tailgating" equates to standing in someone's yard or sitting on someone's porch and pounding as much Natty Ice and Miller Lite that your $4 will buy you. This behavior typically coincides with the characteristics of low-brow "partying" -- a custom with which I gather you are very familiar given your ardent defense of it.
At ISU, "tailgating" means barbeque, a full menu, great variety of libations, prime parking, and ample room to socialize and entertain. It is like partying, but with class, decorum, etiquette, and social and family-oriented structure.
Can you see the difference?
The last NDSU troll that posted like you, assuming you aren't him, got himself banned. You might want to rethink what you type, otherwise it may be a short visit for you.
I think its cute when ndsu talks about their fbs success! they forget to say they only played teams that sucked including my gophers! fbs opponents records the seasons ndsu played them:24-35central mich 8-6Minny 7-6ball st 5-7wyoming 4-8Minny 1-11none of these teams won a bowl game. also I'm thankful for the texas tech loss, without out it glen mason would probably still be in minny. ndsu has great d2 history and the 07 team would have beaten last years isu team! but isu has the best offense any ndsu team will have seen. isu has a lot of returning players that are better athletes then what ndsu has to offer. the year minny lost, we were playing virtually all underclassmen(new coach led to transfers, a rape charge took our best defensive player, true frosh qb, etc etc) isu isn't going to be this fbs pushover that ndsu is used to playing! the bizon have no wr threat and their qb has yet to put it together. ndsu is a power run game-but with nothing to fear deep isu will put everyone in the box and dare mertens(qb) to beat them! a lot of good players graduated from ndsu and a few are trying to find practice player roles in the nfl! I will be very surprised if ndsu keeps the game close before the 4th quarter. ISU 31 NDSU 10-13ishgarbage points will be scored late
Lakesgopher is pretty much spot on with his analysis of the two teams. NDSU will have to create turnovers to win this game because North Dakota State is definitely not the team that beat Minny and there's a new sense of confidence this year at Iowa State. I do believe Coach Rhoads and Burnham will turn the ISU program in the right direction.
Sorry I havent been back for a while but I want to congratulate you on the win over kent State. On other boards folks always say ISU is worthless but I say different. ISU is not worthless. Iowa won because the BISON kicked the stuffing out of you guys the week before, but you had an affect on NDSU too. Our defense was depleted and we played a 48-45 game the following week!!!
All I know is this: it was a great game, a great atmosphere (you dont find better folks than the Iowa folks) and most of all a lot of fun.
