Michigan State vs. Iowa

I knew I shouldn't have looked in on this thread....as usual...whole lot of stupid.

As a lifelong fan of a team that has taught me much about the vast amounts of varying forms of excruciating pain of losing, I have come to learn one important thing about losing, and that thing is this: Losing stinks and it feels rotten. And I am honestly bummed the Hawks lost. But this team is tough and they will bounce back and make the most of the next game. I believe they will finish strong and have a good chance of ending the seadon with a win. I do hope the Hawks get a high pre-season ranking in August--it will make it that much more satisfying to watch the Cyclones beat them in their house next year.

And I'll just add...as much as I appreciate how hard Iowa d played this is what it's like when u play a legit top 15 team let alone play 3-4 like every other top 7-8 team. Eventually u lose one or more.

In the end hawks and clones can agree on two things

1) 12-1 is an impressive season

2) Iowa doesn't play the good teams in the big 10. I

There is no way Iowa jumps OU for a playoff spot. Ohio st only lose was to MSU and they dropped from 3 to 8?

Ain't happening. If anything the committee would pick Ohio st over Iowa. But neither are getting in. Iowa had to win jist as MSU had to win.
Yeah - I would agree - but you never know with the B1G influence on the committee, hence my comment about a "slim" chance. I absolutely hope you are right!!!

Could Mich St play any worse for 3 quarters? Yet they still won? At least iowa won the 1st half. Moral victories for iowa.

only trolling I'm doing tonight
