Not really-being in Pasadena for the rose bowl and parade will ease the pain. I feel bad for you though, that in your lifetime, you'll never experience a conference title game- win or lose. So feel free to keep watching Iowa football. Close as you"re going to get.
This guy gets it. I much prefer the real hok fans to posers like Ameshawk and Gonzo.
Iowa isn't a team I'd really like to follow. I think it'd get old playing such weak opponents and then when they hit the big stage they crap the bed. ISU football sucks but at least I get to see other high level teams most weeks
Hmm you've jerked off to your basketball team so much this should sound mighty familiar. At least the Hawks football team lost to an elite opponent.
ISU played some great teams and won a lot of big games last year. Iowa had a pathetic schedule and then lost their only big game. That's an awful comparison
Maybe, but my school's history in that sport runs a lap around yours as well. Hoiberg, as an amazing coach, still never finished Top-10 after the NCAA tourney was all said and done. Ferentz will have done it with his football teams five times after this season.
Hoiberg isn't our coach plus ISU is undefeated right now while Iowa just lost their biggest game in school history.
Congrats on your school history though, maybe you guys would still be relevant in basketball if you didn't let Alford go
Think Prohm is a better coach than Hoiberg? I was simply comparing the 'Golden Boys' of each school in this generation to one another. Shame for you guys that yours wasn't interested in staying with the most talented roster in team history
