Fantastic list. I was going to throw in "Sweet Jane" and "I'm the Man Who Loves You" on my original list, but got sidetracked.
 
I have to disagree with "any and all Wilco", but I will grant you the song i thought of was "One Sunday Morning, (a song for Jane Smiley's boyfriend)" fits into this category nicely.

Also one to check out is "Golden" by My Morning Jacket.
