For the love of god stfu. Are you guys serious? He was late for a game, relax. In the post game, Fred said he was benched for the same thing @ ISU too. Stop acting like this is a bigger deal than it is. You guys obviously just hate BDJ, and are looking for any reason to pounce.

Fred Hoiberg said Bryce Dejean-Jones was late coming to the game today. That’s the reason for the switch.
This is spot on. I've been expecting this move for a couple weeks. It ups the rebounding and defense and energy at the start. Proud of how BDJ played today.
If I am Freddy, I'm sitting his *** on the bench a few more games and not starting him after I just bailed his *** out just four short weeks ago. For some reason, BDJ doesn't understand zero tolerance policies after the coaches have had to put up with his crap for so long. This shouldn't be something that has to be dealt with at this point in the season when we need to be playing our best ball heading into March.
I like the McKay start on Monday and beyond. Besides Naz & Georges, I think he's the other leader on that team no matter if he's on the bench or floor. He's a complete team player and leader. That can only help help us more in February and March.
I like McKay starting. Having BDJ and Nader coming off the bench gives us more flexibility, and could help us move toward a 7 man rotation too if Hoiberg cuts Thomas out.
Word at Johnny's was that bdj was late 15 minutes to the game, and that is why he did not start. I don't know if that is true or not, but that was what the rumor was. Who knows. I agree with the lineup today, but in Fred I trust.
Well McKay should start, bottom-line. And I doubt Fred sits Naz at the start because he is our best outside threat.

This. He has been to three schools and gotten away with pretty much everything, and at the end of the day he is still playing D-1 basketball with nothing more than a slap on the wrist (if that).
Just because our previous transfers understood this is their last stop doesn't mean they all will.
I liked the way the game played out today, I'll trust Fred with the substitutions, but WOW you two just went off the deep end. It's almost like you've just been waiting for him to have a slip up so you can bash him some more.
Get a grip, it's college basketball, and Fred don't give a **** what either of you think.
Honestly, Naz might be better off the bench.Last year's team was pretty good without a true outside threat starting.
