Just my opinion, but I don't think that Van Halen music has aged as well as some other 80s and 90s bands.

Van Halen started their conquest of the universe in the 70s & when DLR fronted the band & was at his best, there was nothing like them, hen or since. But to appreciate them the best one had to see them live & DLR didn't always cooperate, in particular the last couple years.

Look, I’ve seen them twice. Once with DLR and once with Hagar. Not saying they suck. Just my opinion that the songs haven’t held up as well as some other bands. At the time it was groundbreaking.

I’m in my mid 30s and love Post Malone. By all accounts he’s a phenomenal dude to everyone he comes into contact with which got me into his music. A super generous dude who can cross into all types of music. Just a relented singer and musician. Stick around for the second song in this vid.



Kind of similar to Taylor Swift. It’s crazy how well she’s treating the staff and cities on her current tour. She handed out 500MM plus for the crew and millions to each city she’s been in. She also just donated enough to the SF food bank to feed 500,000 a month.

The secondary market is responsible for the ticket prices and she’s leading the charge against Ticketmaster. I won’t deny she’s raking in the dollars on her tour but I’ve read the normal bonus for truckers is like 2-3000 from other artists. She gave them 100,000 a piece.
