Agree with Holgorsen. I can't imagine many people in their 40's were huge Post Malone fans when he started out.

At least with Sark and Tupac, the timeframe works out. That would have been when Sark was around 15-22.

I’m in my mid 30s and love Post Malone. By all accounts he’s a phenomenal dude to everyone he comes into contact with which got me into his music. A super generous dude who can cross into all types of music. Just a relented singer and musician. Stick around for the second song in this vid.

Kind of similar to Taylor Swift. It’s crazy how well she’s treating the staff and cities on her current tour. She handed out 500MM plus for the crew and millions to each city she’s been in. She also just donated enough to the SF food bank to feed 500,000 a month.

Campbell needs to rock a "Me Wise Magic" t-shirt during rest of camp.

Possibly one of VH's best songs ever & many are not aware of it. DLR came back & this bolt of lightning occurred for a Greatest Hits compilation. Outside of their 1st album & hearing Eddie's guitar for the 1st time ("WTF is THAT?!?!") then pumping out future wtf moments (Romeo Delight, Mean Street), they bring back DLR & create this monster & VH fans think "VH is back!" Then immediately after the band says 'that's enough' & never record a song again (original members).

Love the choice, Coach Campbell

Not trying to degrade Post Malone or anyone who does like him. You were far younger than Holgerson was when you became fans of his. I am just saying there probably aren't a lot of people in their 40s who would list Post Malone as their absolute favorite. Probably not a lot of people in their 60s and 70s who'd have Tupac or Eminem as their absolute favorite. holgorson is probably just an outlier.

Would have been better if Campbell said "Van Halen not Van Hagar".
A true Van Halen fan doesn't care who the lead singer is. Even if it's Gary Cherone. Underappreciated album:

Good to know coach is a fellow disciple. :campbell:
Van Halen…. Or Van Hagar?
Wonder if he's a Diamond Dave or Sammy Hagar guy?
It's Van Halen either way, You can't go wrong, but I'll lean a bit to Sammy! He's also a "little" more sane than DLR, I think. :D

That's a Sturgill Simpson tune. Post seems like a decent guy, but his own music isn't anywhere close to that song.

Disappointing lack of grunge considering the amount of coaches around my age. . .

but not surprising, considering they're, well, football coaches.

Tiny Desk concerts are all-around amazing, but Post Malone's was really, really good:

I always like the ones where you realize the people that use auto-tune heavily can actually sing.

I always imagined Campbell out at 5am flipping tractor tires with JUMP! blaring in the speakers. This is the most on-brand answer ever from him.

It's also easy to imagine Holgerson cruising Houston on a saturday night in a tinted windowed sedan ripping a joint and listening to PM

Apparently, Arranda is a stoner as well.
