Malik Dime---Indian Hills (reported UW commit)

Re: I take whoever commits first

I don't wait to get a commit from Diello. IMO Dime, Ellenson or Diello can get ISU to the same place- winning a Big 12 regular season championship. The first big guy who is willing to commit I take.

As a staff I also look to find a Hogue type wing player in this class- 6'6" wings who can hit the 3, rebound and play defense are pretty critical in Fred's offense.

Add those two positions to Williams and that would be an awesome recruiting class.

I agree if dime wants it He gets it. I wouldn't hold out for another elite 5 star. Still have a poopy taste in my mouth from last year. Also want to keep that ihcc pipeline coming.

Re: Malik Dime---Indian Hills

No way we would have dime, diallo, and McKay. All are similar type of players.

Huh? McKay only has one year after this, so max of one year of overlap. Diallo is said to be a potential one and done, so not sure, and I believe Dime would have 2 years. Thus, no more than one year with three on the team, and their offensive games are not the same. I understand the schollie numbers are in question, and all three being here is unlikely, but why would you limit talent when we will have limited bigs?

Remember when Fred supposedly couldn't recruit bigs?

Re: Malik Dime---Indian Hills

I missed where they committed. :wink0st:

McKay, Williams, Niang don't count I guess:rolleyes5cz: And I be willing to bet we get 1 of either Diallo or Dime (Both would be fine too)

Re: Malik Dime---Indian Hills

I would get enjoyment out of signing both Diallo and Dime just for the fact that Kansas is interested in both of them.

Re: Malik Dime---Indian Hills

After looking at more info about Malik, I think he is a priority.

Everyone else can fall where they may but if he says yes, you don't hesitate.
