Most of the time these types of deals are done with agents representing their client and a firm that is hired by the university. Usually the coach and the actual employer won't talk face to face unless a deal is already done.
I will stick my **** in the last remaining snow pile outside my house if this happens. length of time depends on who the replacement is.

There's a part of me that would love this to happen. I couldn't imagine the fun that a Gary Barta coaching search would bring.
Then I realize that there's a small chance that Barta could possibly stumble into a decent coach. And then I think that we'd better start a campaign of misinformation in Arkansas that would make the Russians look like amateurs.
