Have you talked to the Fleur in Des Moines? They are very supportive of Iowa filmmakers.

Didn't catch the Ballard reference...you were a few years ahead of my boys ('96 & '97).
So is the OP the shaggy haired dude or the portly dude? Btw - Eric Roberts? Dude was in TDK...that's a solid land.
Although the MOA is a zoo, I will go see the movie.
Had you not gone to Ballard, I'd make an effort to see it :biglaugh: Kidding!! Coming from another '92 grad from Nevada, I would love to see this. Hopefully it can make it to the Fluer. Definitely looks like something I'd go see. Nice job Troy.
Portly, but I prefer pudgy.
Looks like I am off to the MOA with some friends. You had me at Twinkle Toes.

Hi, I'm Troy McKay!
You may remember me from such films as "Road to the Open"...
I will definitely be checking this movie out once it's available online. If anyone is looking for a good movie to watch on amazon, check out The Bigfoot Election. My buddy Marc wrote and starred in it, and my friend Matt also has a big role in the movie. Matt also just finished filming a movie called Abe Makes a Movie. My brother has a small role in the film. Marc and my brother wrote a movie that they will film this summer called Consequences of a Feeble Mind. I'm gonna try to land a role and try out acting, and I have been writing a few movies for several years that are nowhere near finished.
Troy, let me know if you ever want to get some work in the film industry here in Albuquerque. This place is also known as Little Hollywood. Tons of big movies and TV shows going on, and some great local people making independent films as well.
