We had 0.52 points per possession over the last 12 minutes.0.6 points per possession over the last 12 minutes probably would've gave us a comfortable double digit victory.
If teams are gonna let him shoot 3s that wide open, I have to believe he could hit around 33% to get us near 1 PPP. Combine that with our ability to get offensive rebounds and I think its a good strategy to shoot those.
lol bruh
We had 0.52 points per possession over the last 12 minutes.
0.6 would have meant a 2 point win.
And knowing we had a 21 point lead, if Lipsey had shot 23 3s in the last 12 minutes and made only 4 or 5 we would be livid.
eventually we are going to run out of players
So you want no one left on the floor?
I made a basket at the gym last week when my son and I were shooting around, I mean I know it's different during a game, but still. What's so hard about making buckets with a bunch of D1 athletes flying around!?
Our offensive rebounding rate is 33%, combine that with longer rebounds for 3s and TT playing smaller and we probably rebound close to half those misses. A lot of offensive rebounds result in easy put-backs or wide open 3s for Grill, I still like the strategy. Additionally, I think Lipsey can shoot better than 20% being left that open.We had 0.52 points per possession over the last 12 minutes.
0.6 would have meant a 2 point win.

I just don't understand how guys like him and Jones get to that level and yet can't make a simple shot or be so bad that teams dare you to take a 10 foot jumper.
I know it's different during a game, but I've been on 2 Big 12 basketball courts and the hoop is not that far away at all. It looks much bigger on TV and for free throws it's even closer than it looks on TV.
What do we have to do to get this guy down there for shoot 5 for 5? Or one of the other shooting contests.
Lol, yeah, because I'm a Division 1 basketball player on scholarship for the sole reason the game of basketball was invented in the first place. What do we have to do to get this guy down there for shoot 5 for 5? Or one of the other shooting contests.
No - bad hammy I believe.Same knee issue?
Michelle Yeoh be like "gimme the rock!"Not in my magical world where you just play everyone everywhere all the time.
He also made critical plays shortly after. So you want no one left on the floor?
Guys fly around during free throws or when they intentionally beg you to shoot a 3 or jumper so sag off you by 10 feet? What's so hard about making buckets with a bunch of D1 athletes flying around!?
He did do that once that I remember, if he’s not shooting that shot it really makes the passing lanes tougher. Not driving in though, because the paint is clogged unless they clear out.if he's not comfortable shooting , why not just drive when defenses are that far off? He would almost certainly get to the line quite a bit, or at the very least collapse defenders for better outside looks for our shooters.
