No and no. If there's a two - way tie for 4th, the conference breaks that tie before comparing our record against that position. WVU holds the tiebreaker against KSU. In the doomsday scenario (including Baylor over KSU) , and that scenario has us losing to WVU so we are 0-1 VS 4th place teams.

In the scenario that goes to scoring margin, we are fine.
