Jok not missing games

I don't think 2 actual games and 1 meaningless exhibition is some grand message sent by Hoiberg either, but it's at least enough to show him doing something and not invite media scrutiny. It just seems a little desperate to not sit Jok for a couple games, especially when I doubt their early season schedule is all that tough.

He did go to jail. It's not like no message was delivered. He also missed some team activities which may not seem like much, but can mean something to some players, especially one who's role is supposed to be greater this year (although, that remains to be seen). If he plays defense like last year, I don't see him playing more.

A "whopping" two games. Not exactly a big message delivered.

So what would the high and mighty Bill Self do? What ever happened to the Jayhawk who posted selfies while having sex? (actually am curious I have no idea what happened.)

no suspension seems very light, but serving 4 days in jail seemed very harsh. maybe that was the tradeoff.

Here's the only message from tuco you should ever see (unfortunately it doesn't work if someone quotes him and no one should ever respond or quote him):

This message is hidden because twocoach is on your ignore list.

I know. He is on my ignore list but he got to me this time. And he claims hes not a troll.

its still standard, and probably appropriate.

The jail was the legal penalty. I'm pretty sure Fran didn't have a key.

ha, i know. but i am guessing that jok consulted with his coach about what he should do from a legal standpoint. he opted to accept the deal rather than fighting it.

not to bag on a high school kid, but when you are still looking for a place to play college ball, you may want to consider a different reaction when someone stops recruiting you.

I think it was certainly in poor taste, but still amusing to watch from the outside.

I'd be annoyed if a recruit did that to ISU.
