Jack Trice throw backs

I love them except for the big white numbers on the front.

Agree. Why couldn't they have just put the front #'s on one side of the chest? (above the heart could be the I-State logo and on the other side the jersey # with the nike swoosh under it.) Then obviously have large #'s on the back.

I think the socks are BA

For this game, they need to replace the "ALL IN" sticker above the facemask with an "I WILL" sticker.

isubeatle, make it happen.

probably due to some sort of NCAA rule on number size/placement

After a year (plus?) of prototypes and fan-buzz, I will not nitpick anything about these — except perhaps the decision to use them vs. Iowa. But, eh, whatever. We'll see them again.
Good point, should have saved them in case we got Minni in a bowl game and then kick the **** out of them again. (but that's a lot to hope for when they are not on you schedule)

I was thinking like how Michigan did theirs. The white #'s are a little odd. Oh well, the jersey's are still pretty cool.

So they're being worn for one game and then sold? Lame!

To everyone who keeps bringing up the Michigan throwbacks... those numbers are against the rules starting this year. The numbers on the front have to be eight inches high. That's why they couldn't do the small numbers.

But but but...

Thanks for clearing that up, figured there was a reason the numbers were that big

Ahh, I was not aware. The only thing I would do then is to bring the #'s down a bit in the center. Some Jersey #'s cover up part of the "5" line angles at their top. I wish we could see them all clearly.

Oh well, the jersey's will work. They're cool, and it will be great recognition for Jack and the time era.
