I was going to say the same thing. Colvin settled down in the 2nd half and played well.

This is a great win. By all rights this is the score that should be expected of a big 12 team playing a mid major. I'm not knocking ISU or Drake. ISU should paste Drage and UNI every year in every sport. Looks like on this night, at least for this year we are there. Now we need to continue to get better and stronger - The big 12 is comming.

JVB got beat alot in the second half. His guy alone realed of 6 or 8 points quickly.
the ball movement can be extremely crisp at times, I don't see Diante losing his starting role, but Colvin is going to be special before all is said and done.

3rd Game in 5 days. Another 20 point win.
First let's give credit where credit is due. Lucca Staiger (32 pts) was a deadly sniper behind the arc (10 for 16)
Scott C (15 pts) also 3/5 from the three. A nice drive slash to the hoop and solid D (minus one steal gamble that Drake made us pay for)
Brackins slow to start (but the focus on him opened it up for the Sharp Shooters) but made them pay later... 22pts. A monster with double digit boards and a few more blocks as well I believe.
Everybody else was pretty quiet. Colvin had some impressive assists.
Given the great play by the three guys above... I still love DG on this team. He's doing all of the little things. They would press until the ball was in his hands. He distributes the ball extremely well. Was excellent picking up the pace during our two biggest runs. Aggressive but sound defense. DG as an upperclassmen is showing to be a great benefit to this team.
Overall... a little streaky this game... but that's expected when there's a lot of 3pt balls.
Drake... some good talent on that team as well. Ben Simmons is a great get for that team and has a lot of tools. Wedel was also showing some good things.

I absolutely love the fact that someone can have an off night and we still roll to an easy win. Last year, if CB had an off night...it was likely a loss. This year, anyone can carry the team on any given night.
