Agree. When we are 2-4 Dekkers is going to look pretty tempting. If he can somehow get a 6 game suspension he may be available. I think we all saw that Rocco and JJ have potential but won’t beat the Big 12 big dogs this year.

My guess, when this debacle has reached a conclusion, Dekkers will receive a one year suspension.

That is a very interesting read. It feels like a learned a lot, but also raised more questions than answers. Clearly a lot of the info came from Enyi's camp.

The differences between story county prosecutors vs Johnson county ones is potentially problematic but also laughable that of course the Story County ones were more aggressive than Johnson.

Something seems a little off here. Specifically, obtaining the warrants in Pottawattamie County rather than Story or Johnson, and Dekkers’ signed plea deals that has nothing to do with the crime he was charged for or pled to.

I think the most interesting part of the article was them requiring the players to admit to things that weren't pertinent to the charge they were pleading guilty to. That's really, really bizarre.

That’s Council Bluffs, so it may have something to do with the glut of casinos there.
