Iowa -7 vs ISU

First game of the year is always a big game, especially with FryFest going on and all the former coaches coming back. Its not a bigger game than a conference game but its our toughest non con game and there is a lot going on that weekend so it makes sense.

I laughed. Well done.

This is the year, I mean all the mouth breathers will dress in gold and pay homage to raisin face. Yep this will be the year.

You can get 5th row sideline tickets for $35 on stubhub for one of Iowa's most important games. Lol

It's been since 2011 Iowa sold out their home opener. So much for that being a big game

This is why derpycy didn't want to go down this road. All of those years Hawk fans were telling us it takes UNI, Iowa, and Nebraska to sell out our stadium. Seems Iowa hasn't done too well with it. Undefeated at 10-0 and senior day wasn't anywhere close to a sellout.

BIG TIME PROGRAM

Iowa Football brings in $24m in revenue and iSu brings in a little over $9m. That is already a massive gap even without a Iowa selling out. Do you feel better about having $13m less in revenue with sellouts?

As I look at the athletic department budgets Iowa also eclipses iSu in media rights, foundation support and premium seat fees.

Yikes, iSu may never catch up.

I don't even read your posts anymore after you said Northern Illinois was a bigger game for you guys than Maryland or Nebraska

Best for you not to read the massive financial gap between Iowa and iSu for football revenue. I don’t want you to feel bad.

I already agreed with you that Iowa football brings in a lot of money. It shows your lack of intelligence that you keep coming back to this, but don't have a rebuttal to why Iowa struggles to fill their stadium.

Excellent. iSu fans don’t want to confront just how far they are behind Iowa.

No wonder it is such a long term goal for CMC.

One of Iowa's biggest games for this upcoming year!!!

I guess Iowa could take the iSu route and discount tickets just to have sellouts but why?
