Iowa -7 vs ISU

Did iSu ask USC if it was ok to copy them or did they just do it?

You understand that if we would have truly copied them, they would have easily sued us. Arizona sued a HS in Mn for using the A on their helmets and got them to switch. So try harder.

A. We did not copy them
B. I guess when you realize that ISU is quickly becoming the premier football program in the state, you have to move to criticizing the uniforms to distract from the fact that your program is a sinking ship.

Derpy, buzzy and lassie honestly bore me so much with their horrible trolling, I can't even muster the desire to respond. At least hawkmi posts funny stuff

The current trolls besides Hawkmi and Gonzo are so bad. Not clever, no accountability, nothing

Good job Cytwins I wondered where iSu got the idea for the new uniform. Always copying someone.

Little Brother (@Derpycy),

I find this quote hilarious, especially with you mentioning copying someone. You're being very hypocritical here as you copied me for your screen name. Since you will disagree, please respond why you disagree with my statement so we can have an adult conversation, if you're capable of that.

Address what that Hayden modeled Iowa’s early uniforms after an NFL team? Do you find that more offensive than copying a MAC school like iSu did?

No one copies quite like iSu. It speaks to your lack of a brand. But hey one of the next 15 logos’s or color schemes is bound to take hold, no?

@Derpycy Once again I see you're afraid to answer the question by changing the subject. Your little brother mentality is really showing.

iSu the kings of copy.

@Derpycy

So you are not denying that you are being hypocritical about people copying things, when you straight up copied the idea of my username? A yes or no answer with explanation is all that is needed in response to this. Anything other than that in your response will show how immature and how much you can't accept being wrong.

iSu feels it is better to copy others than build their own brand. To each their own I guess.

Why can't you answer a simple question?

Haha oh so now its not copying, it's brand recognition problems? Which argument are we having here?

You mean helmet stickers in football? Oh the humanity!

iSu copies because they have no brand recognition. It is the easy and cheap way to go.

What? The University of Iowa couldn't even come up with their own nickname.

Did Iowa create "the process"?

No, Theo did.

https://sports.vice.com/en_ca/artic...-epstein-how-trust-the-process-came-to-sports

In early October 2004, Kevin Dupont of the Boston Globe wrote a feature on the youngest general manager in baseball history, a then 30-year-old named Theo Epstein, who had been promoted to the position two years before by the Boston Red Sox. The piece focused on Epstein's general willingness to trade beloved players, including Sox shortstop Nomar Garciaparra to the Cubs. For the kicker, Dupont went with a perfectly fine but unremarkable quote: "'No matter what the trade is, you have to trust the process,' said Epstein. 'I'm proud of that process, and the people we have involved in it as an organization. We try to ask the right questions, do the research, and make the right decision.'"

Back then, Trust the Process (or TTP) as we know it today—referring to a real or imagined long-term strategy that sacrifices short-term success—was not a thing. It would be almost another decade before the Philadelphia 76ers and GM Sam Hinkie made it famous as a mantra (or punchline, depending on your point of view).

So you provided evidence that someone not from Iowa created "the process". Can you inform @Derpycy that Iowa copied something from another program?

You do understand the difference between copying a uniform vs a registered trademark right?

B1G football > Big 12 basketball

Puffing your chest out on this one yeahBuddy? This really proves that you are the most moronic poster on this site. You talk so tough. What a total goofball you really are. Your posts are so stupid, I bet even other hawk posters on here are saying to themselves, "Good God! This has got to be the dumbest hawk fan ever!!"

Great job on the continued downward spiral today!!

So why did HF contact the Steelers in order to copy their uniform? He wasn't smart enough to figure out how to put a stripe down the side of the pants?
