True, but I try to be an optimist. I figured it was possible to keep one thread clean and semi relevant to the OP.
Jackson playing isn't relevant to the outcome of the game?

Huh? I'm not sure what Twins has to do with the fact that Kirk played a first round draft pick on one leg in his super bowl the same week he had surgery?
KF literally just said Jackson is out at least the next 2 games but carry on with the borrowed material.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Iowa's offense won't be nearly as productive on the 14th.
Ah, playing dumb I see. What does a photo of Drew Ott walking off after blowing his knee out against Illinois in 2015 have to do with this years Iowa/ISU game?
You've got one data point for each team. Iowa looked meh then pretty decent. ISU looked pretty consistent throughout its performance...which was actually actually quite a bit better stats-wise than score-wise, and perhaps a bit flukey (bad review call that upheld UNI's TD).
Gun to my head at this moment based on Saturday's performances, I'd give Iowa the edge. I think ISU has the higher ceiling but Campbell needs to figure out how to get these guys playing closer to their potential earlier in the season. If he does that, ISU wins.
That's a wishy-washy answer but it's too early and we know too little about either team for anyone to answer confidently.
Trust me, they will play.
@BLHawk How is that funny? Lol. I would say it's going to be 13-10 in the late 4th quarter with Iowa State scoring late.

Iowa did make mistakes though. They fumbled the ball when the FB tried to foolishly tried to lateral the ball instead of just eating it. That led to a huge turn of events in the game.
I didn't watch the entire game. When was this? Who was it?Iowa did make mistakes though. They fumbled the ball when the FB tried to foolishly tried to lateral the ball instead of just eating it. That led to a huge turn of events in the game.
Kid at qb is a true freshman, right? If so, he will be a solid qb in several years.Poorly timed penalties. Watching them trying to get a snap off in time was almost and every other down occurrence. I'm sure some of that was on the Young QB.
