They do not deserve an auto bud, iowa has been overrated for most of the year riding on the big ten conference is best toughest ********. They finish .500 in conference play with not even enough good wins in their resume. Plus who the hell would want to play for asshat Fran?
Funny how this works. Iowa could lose to Purdue next week, but as long as they sneak into the tourney with an 11 seed, if they win two games in the first weekend over a 6 and a 3, the whole season is back to being a huge success.
I watched the game and they do not have enough talent to overcome their problems. I was disappointed in McCabe I was wondering what next wrestling move he was going to do!!
Iowa's biggest problem isn't the lack of talent, because there is, it is Fran's inability to negotiate that lack of talent. Too many promises to kids who can't hack it. Iowa will do what Iowa will do.

I believe Iowa's been buying those domain names since the Alford days. I'm pretty sure that someone had a very active firestevealford.com site going, and they've been trying to avoid that occurring again.
Interesting theory, but If Iowa gets in the real tourney, they will lose in their first game. Not even debatable.
He's a cross between Rondo and Chris Paul. I anticipate both Gessell and Clemmons transferring....Dickerson is that good.

Iowa has the talent. Fred would have had them at least 12-6 in the BIG. Roster/player wise, they have what it takes to make a run, but so do about 40 other teams.
