My work is holding a regional meeting in Des Moines in a few weeks. We have a few employees that work locally, but almost everyone is coming from out of town. We will have a group of about 20-30 people. We are staying near the airport.

I've been charged with finding a good social/team building event in the evening. Does anyone have good recommendations?

For reference: we did TopGolf in KC and axe throwing in Houston last year.

I appreciate the help!

You could consider going to the newly opened Ricochet downtown.

I also failed to mention that our leadership team scheduled dates without checking with me first. So it will overlap with the boys HS bball tournament. I'm sure anywhere will be packed around that time.

Spare Time in WDM (across from Jordan Creek Mall) just opened
I haven't been there yet but sounds like a ton of stuff to do

If you're staying closer to downtown, there's a similar place in Pleasant Hill

Rube's Steakhouse. Cook up some quality meats while slamming beers around the community grill.
