What irks me is that onsale has never handled the amazon customers well- you had to go to their facebook site to get any info- they never responded to the amazon quarries at all, so I was forced to leave bad feedback. If it wasnt for simply1 (+1 rep, good sir) I wouldnt have known that they were honoring my order.
If I actually do get this, now that I have confirmation, I guess I will call this even, and give them 3/5 as a partial redemption of their reputation.
If anyone else ordered through onsale and hasnt yet done this, it works and I will confirm with pics in about 5 days!

I got my confirmation email from onsale.com but I will be shocked if it actually shows up in the next couple of weeks.
Well, the plot thickens, I got an email this morning saying that my 32 gig tp was shipped- the tracking link leads to a missing page, and my account info with onsale doesnt actually have any order info- I am just assuming this is because of their haste to crank these out, but once again, they are clear as mud. I am still pretty certain that I should receive it by next wednesday. I was one of the people that ordered about two hours after the initial link- well beyond the flood of slickdealers- but I also got lucky with my thirst for more than 16 gigs- I want to be able to put a ton of disney on this sucker... :embarrassed: and because it appears that that is what they are shipping, I lucked out.
They are making progress. Basically every functional part of the touchpad had to have new coding to make them operational. It's going to take time. I haven't checked to see what new progress has been made but I know they got the multitouch sensors working a few weeks ago.

I seem to recall that there is one for the pre, and that the four android buttons are weird on the pre (the home button would be the volume down button.) I am going to worry about android if I actually get the tp. If android does work, I hope putting apps on it won't be too hard.
I ordered Thursday night from Onsale and received confirmation, just checked and still shows not yet shipped - fingers crossed...

2) How about Itunes through HP Play? Can I see digital movies that are in Itunes but not purchased from Itunes?

I got my replacement order through, but of course don't have any shipping confirmation yet. I swear if I miss out again on the replacement ones I'm going to ticked...
I just found out that hulu is blocked on this. I will try using my playon server to stream that and netflix when I get this. I find it stupid that hulu blocks tablets other than a few corporate ties like the ipad and a vizio tablet.
