How many B12 jobs are going to open up?

whomever said PJ Fleck would be perfect for KState is wrong. PJ Fleck banged a boosters wife and is a rah rah rah guy, or the exact opposite of what KState is. KState will give the job to Snyders son when he lets go (dies).

PJ Fleck will end up at a less conservative place.

If Campbell can avg 9 wins per year and win majority of bowl games starting next season, he will be Ohio States next coach. Remember, he was courted hard to be offensive coordinator there when he became Toledo head coach. I know that is a tall order, but just saying. Ohio coaches love this guy.

OSU is not less stressful than Texas. You could make the case that Texas even takes academics more serious than OSU.
Please make that case, would love to see it. Maybe pm is best place. Few on here would care

Notre Dame has tried to shoot down rumors about Brian Kelly looking elsewhere, but I'm not sold. If he would leave for a less stressful job I could see Notre Dame hiring Fleck.

True. If he can average the best season we've ever had, people will notice.

Jon Gruden went to High School and grew up in the area.
Les Miles would be a good fit.

Any Iowa State head football coach, especially Matt Campbell, who is able to craft a 7 and 5 season here will be on the short list of every school seeking a coaching replacement; just because we are Iowa State.Such an accomplishment will be regarded as an outstanding coaching achievement.

He would have to win at least 8 [bowl would count] and have team ranked in top 20 for it to work for Ohio State in my opinion. Ohio State would feel they could get anyone except Saban from Alabama.

Probably, but there are other schools besides that steamy pile in Columbus.

Correct on P.J. Wrong on Sean Snyder. Brent Venables would be the choice today. But coach Snyder's not going anywhere soon. He has a wonderful team coming back next fall off this 9-4 season that will compete for a championship.

No ******* way. Not a chance. Fleck should be on his way to sign his contract at Oregon any second.

Urban Meyer is 48. Why would he retire?

He is unpredictable in this aspect. Just had first grandchild and family put strict rules on him to take OHIO STATE job. Age is not main factor in how long he will coach. Most OSU fans are uneasy due to these factors.

Campbell doesn't exactly need to have unprecedented success to parlay his Iowa State experience into a NC-caliber gig elsewhere.
