Well the #5 team in the country is in it so I’m pretty sure it’s better than a few of those Big 12 North years
The Iowa Hawkeye football program is running on all cylinders. They want any edge they can get. Even if it takes pushing a false, gross narrative to try to get that edge. Its fine though. They’re just making themselves look bad.
You mean those years when 7-5 Iowa State was in position to win the division every year? Those were some pretty awful divisions.
Too bad this take only includes current players, and not all those pesky ex-hoks.

In my opinion, folks should ask themselves. What do they care more about? The racism itself? Or the negative impact they are hoping for? Of course, they’ll never admit it aloud.
Fair enough. I will say this year, he gets the majority of his yards off a 50 yard breakaway run. Other than that he’s averaging like 2 yards a carry.
I know and that's my complaint too. He's always looking behind the play for a 50 yarder. Sometimes 4 to 6 yards is there and he gets 0 hesitating. He's really good as a receiver out of the backfield
Doyle was a problem who was given a fortune and called a good friend? Safe to assume he was given a good reference to Urban by a coach who talked about players complaing about scrambled eggs.

I don't post about it in the hopes that Iowa somehow loses games because of it. You can look at my Jane Meyer takes over the years and see that. There's a top down problem at Iowa.

Another reason Iowa fans can have hope for a special season, is the o line performance against Maryland. Clean pockets, huge holes.
The o line looked absolutely terrible against CSU. But they got Schott back, and may have found a combination that works.
