Horrible Officiating

The officiating definitely sucked, but like others have said, it shouldn't matter when you're a Big 12 team playing the MAC.

No shot there's a camera angle that can overrule the guy standing under the goal posts, even if it were reviewable. He's got the best seat in the house.

This. The FG call will get the attention but this staff’s play calling should be picked apart. They lost us the game, not the officials.

It doesn’t appear that we are going bowling anyway… so the call is nothing but window dressing … maybe this loss will bring the team together and turn it around. Unfortunately there is no cure for zero offense…

That FG might have been close but was clearly out

No, it wasn't. ISU's got bigger problems and likely would have screwed it up and this thread should be shut down for stupidity by the OP.

But this is bad.

Not just play calling, just general philosophy.

Sometimes you just have to scrap your plan and do what you can do to get out with a win.

I believe in college rules, if any part of the ball goes over the goalpost it’s no good. It was tough to see from the angle without being directly underneath the post. But even if the nose of the ball goes over the post while the rest of the ball is inside the post, by rule it’s no good

Two straight weeks of not getting calls. FG was good and that’s defensive PI all freaking day.
Officiating may had some questionable calls, but that is not what cost us this game.

I can't think of a time when I've seen something called no good when it's shading the inside.

Doesn’t matter it it’s shading to the inside. By rule, if the nose of the ball goes over the post, it’s no good.
