If Fred stays we are going to be a contender every year - who would want to leave family, friends, your hometown, and a potential legacy like none other in the state of Iowa?

The only downside is no place to go without being hounded and our best food is Applebees. Don't make the mayor drive to WDM to get some Olive Garden.

There's an Olive Garden in Ankeny now. But still, point stands. I have it on good authority that Freddy loves those breadsticks.

Dude makes 2.6. He can hop on the school jet and go wherever he wants to eat whenever he wants. It'll be fine.

To the poster that is from Minneapolis and claims he has house close to Fred, how does that crow taste? Sit-down son, Fred is here for the long haul!

- FRED was in MPLS last Friday. friends saw him shopping in Edina, although in their picture with him he is wearing an iowa state warm up sweatshirt. :)

I'm sure you are joking, but Applebee's? Come on. There are dozens of places in Ames with better food. Fred makes enough $$ to have his own personal chef that's better than Applebees anyways.
 
This is just a beginning of Hoiberg dynasty. National Championships will be in our near future.
