Hogue arrested for DUI

For those that haven't read the updated story from the Iowa State Daily, he wasn't driving at the time. He was sitting in the driver's seat of his parked car. Apparently that is enough to be arrested for, but I am not going to criticize him for that.
Well if this is the case the only way for him to be arrested at this point is if the keys are still in the ignition. If they were not he cant be arrested for it. Im guessing he got in, put the keys in then decided to go sit in the passenger seat to sober up possibly.....:unsure:
I think there's just a German exchange student named Uber that you can call and he comes and gets you.
I would recommend it cause theyre a bunch of stupid. I went over there just after seeing your comment and a lot of their comments are like this....."If you look at their roster it looks like a bunch of hype to me. They have a couple of good players, but most teams have a couple of good players. They don't look to have much depth if you look at their roster".....like i said....a bunch of stupid.
Wow; I didn't read the story, but I wonder why in the first place the Officer had suspicion? Sounds like he'll have a good case in front of the judge................at least he wasn't riding a moped

Yeah, nothing suspicious at all about a guy parked at the power plant at 3 am...
He was actually out by Mortenson and State. Kind of in between the ice rink and the middle school.
