They hit shots, we didn't when it counted in the second half. Can't beat a top 10 if we can't hit open jumpers.
Another good game by Matt, but he can't do it alone.

Normally you'd have a redshirt junior or senior big man you've developed over a couple years. We had to settle for Holden and Bowie because it's what we could get with the lack of time (aka no time to develop someone). Freshman ready to play at a high level don't generally end up at Iowa State.
Glad the bandwagon is going to be a lot less packed next year. It's to the point where "fans" are partaking so they can come to a website and throw ***** fits.
Wait until Iowa wins here next year...
Here we go again.....the "you are not a real fan if you complain about the coach or team" posts. Signed....a "fan" who will call it like I see it but will still watch every game I can. It can happen, you know.
Such fickle fans on here.
We just simply are a one dimensional team who at times can play with the best in the nation and at other times can get run out of the gym.
Doesn't mean Hilton isn't a tough environment.
Is that what's happening here? Where are you calling it when we win? Not on this site.
Exactly I'm just trying to have a civil conversationIf you can't act like an adult just turn off your computer and go to bed.
True but looking at the future it doesn't look like we'll be back for a whileReality check bruh. Schools drop out of the top 25 every once in awhile.

Hoiberg left an outstanding veteran team when he left, so the "recruiting" you talked about, which includes babb, burton, and jackson, is on Prohm now. The Malou and Lard situations were unfortunate, but you could see that coming.Let Prohm get his guys in. This is still a factor of Fred's legacy - not recruiting while looking for an NBA job.
Not sure Prohm is the guy for the job, but not judging him off of this season.
Wait, Prohm killed Hilton Magic but our star guards Monte and Naz go 8-27 shooting the ball?
Prohm deserves some coaching criticism but players have to make shots at some point.

Poor choice of words on my part. Edited and apologize.
