What does the fact that ISU enrolls more students than any other school in the state mean to this topic, whatsoever?

Not a hawk but I will say that your calling card for a school shouldn't be the statistics of who lets in more students. But then again, I'm doubting that you know much about school.

I mean.....when both of us are dreadful, should we feel better by making fun of someone who we think may be a little worse off than us? Iowa was flat out better than us last year. No question. One game does not tell the whole story.
However, ISU did play a MUCH tougher schedule... that's not even debatable. The B1G and the Big 12 were both pretty good conferences, however, Iowa didn't play hardly anyone near the top of their conference. If you compared the teams Iowa played last year in their conference to the teams ISU played in their conference, it's not even close as to who played the much tougher schedule.

It is NEVER classless to talk ship to Hawkeyes....never. And yes, when you beat the ***** of said Hawkeyes, you damm well get to talk ****...in fact, its an obligation.
Does it suck to have to argue that we are terrible on the field, yet they are even worse...of course. Would love to be arguing that we are great and they suck...but what's being argued is simply enforcing reality on their delusions, that reality being that even at our low point, we still are better than Iowa.
So the only thing embarrassing here is the number of Hawk fans on an ISU board, and a few wimpy ISU fans so butthurt over our own poor season, that they have forgotten their field won right to truthfully assert that we are STILL the better program. And yes, that matters....Iowa is the lesser of two weevils...and if we have to be a weevil ourselves, I prefer to be the greater.
