H.S. students troll Wieskamp

Green just got bumped into the top 75 on 247 and Weiskamp just got bumped out of the top 50. I think they are a lot closer than you are saying

So Wieskamp isn’t that good because he isn’t athletic, but Green, who is much smaller and less athletic than Wieskamp, is going to be a stud?

Makes sense. Never change, Twins.

Green will be add more value to UNI. Wieskamp will be just another dorky kid in the 12 man rotation of a poorly coached team. Any talent he has will be wasted because he is choosing a terrible program.

When did I say Wieskamp isn't good and Green is a stud?

I don't think he's strong enough to survive a full season of college basketball. He will fade down the stretch like that goofy guy Iowa had that Matt Thomas shut down in the 2nd half a few years ago.

They play so many games across the country in high school now I don't think that is really a case anymore. You could be right. However, we have freshman in the same mold. Haluska Started off as a stick and built muscle over time. We will see how Joe ends up. I would bet my money he will be a good one. Possibly good enough to get stronger his second year and go pro. ALso, No he is not a friend. Just have seen him enough times.

I've only seen him play once. He did fine. I just don't know how he will stack up against big, strong, athletic competition that he will see in college.

Haluska was so athletic though

BTW I have Wigginton down as Athletic also. Not sure how good of a track star he was though

I never said that Alt

You called Green a stud on the last page of this thread and have noted multiple times that Wieskamp is sliding in the rankings, might not finish as a Top 100 recruit, and has peaked as a basketball player. I get that’s your schtick, but try to at least have some sense of intellectual honesty.

I think Wieskamp is good and he is sliding down the rankings. I think Green will be a better college player because he will have better coaching

So he is faster. You will see with Wiescamp.
He was overall, much more athletic than Wiescamp. You are getting too excited over videos of him dunking against small town Iowa kids. I'm not saying he's bad, but I think he's pretty much right in line with some of the other guys you have on your team now. And you will struggle to get to 15 wins. Not sure how he's going to change that for you. Sorry.

Bingo. Joe will never really develop and struggle to find a lot of minutes in the 12 man rotation. If he went somewhere that had a real basketball coach, maybe he could be something.
