Gameday/Game Thread

I was going to hold my tounge, but now I won't.

You don't know a damn thing about Gundy. You want to judge him by the rant and this one game then that's your business. Truth is you are making conclusions about the man's character based on only knowing a few facts. I'm not going to say he's a saint or a sinner. I know TONS more about him than you do, but I still don't know him personally. Next time you make such statements of certainty try thinking how much you actually know about the situation or person.

You may be right but you're also looking at it through orange colored glasses.

From what I can see he doesn't look like as big of jerk as Stoops but he may be second.

I don't know him personally, but I do know he is running it up on a far inferior team. That says a lot. For all I know he feeds the homeless and gives half his salary to charity, but people that do that sort of thing don't typically pile on people when they are down like he did today . Actions speak loudly. If

If the QB checked out of a running plays to throw those deep touchdowns when they were up so much, then I'll retract. But I highly doubt that is the case.

Looks like Arnaud will take every snap this year. No reason for Tiller at this point.

It's Big 12 football, brother! This isn't intramurals...:biglaugh::biglaugh:

Did he run up the score? Heck yeah...but the defense has a job to do and they didn't do it.

And if that's the case I feel no pity for the guy if we do something bush league that ends up ending the career of one of his studs. I won't be happy about what our guy did and I think he should get worse than what happened to LJ at UNLV, but I'd feel no pity for OSU.

Looks like Gene has his coaching cut out for him. Next week will be another tough game.

You gotta be kidding me...

Nope.

You leave your best players on the field in the 4th quarter when the game is by far out of reach just to run up the score, I have no pity when your best players go down in injury. Thus the whole point WHY any coach worth his paycheck pulls his best players out of a blowout in the 4th quarter.

We just got wacked by ATM last week giving up 49 points. We actually looked better at times today than we did last even though we gave up more points. Not really sure what some of you guys were expecting but it might have been a tad too much

This game could have been a lot more ugly without all of LJ's return yardage. As it is, 59-17 is a fairly normal score in the Big 12 this year. Heck Texas Tech just ripped Kansas 63-21 last week in Lawrence.

One time it would be nice to be on the other end of a score like this but you are right, these scores are not uncommon. even between the big boys.
