Still second. I forgot to vote when I didn't come here for a few days because of what I knew would be an ugly implosion. Need to do better.
Fred's getting closer and needs the early votes. He has pulled within 1% now at 22% to 23% for Painter.
Have to make the Purdue fans get discouraged. Tell all you friends and family it's for a good cause.

Looks like Fred and Painter will likely be the two guys who roll into the finals, if we can keep up the level of support we've built so far. SO we can win the Heart Association a lot of money, for sure. Can we win it all? I dunno.
Winning these internet challenges is difficult given the things people will do to come out on top. Our local high school won a State Farm contest by asking everyone in town to submit at least two email addresses and then they had volunteers enter them in manually EVERY DAY FOR THE LENGTH OF THE CONTEST. They capitalized on the initial interest by seeing to it that none of those people dropped off as the contest progressed.

I just voted and Fred is back to 1st place (24%) but only 2% ahead of Painter from Purdue.
