Fred's % is dropping a little bit but the other three contenders is staying the same so he should be good for this round. I'm guessing the 1% loss is going to some coach that is changing from 0% to 1%.
I wonder why they changed the deadlines. The first article I read said there was a cut-off date on February 27th and the last day to vote was March 10th now they are showing 4 segments. The voting will even be more crucial when there are less candidates.
I vote first thing after midnight every night so as not to forget.

It doesn't matter if Fred wins this round. He just needs to be in the Top 24 when on January 25th to advance to the next round, at which point all of the voting resets.
Now through 1/25 = everyone; on 1/25 cut to 24
1/26 through 2/15 = Top 24; on 2/15 cut to 16
2/16 through 3/1 = Top 16; on 3/1 cut to 4
3/2 through 3/15 = Top 4; on 3/15 voting closes and one wins
