Fran losing multiple players!

I don’t think they’d want him.
I'm thinking Jorbo must not have any pro prospects, even over seas. If he had any kind of opportunity to make money playing this game, you'd think it wouldn't it would be pretty easy for him to make the decision to NOT come back for year 6.

Well it's kind of sad that a record holder at a Big 10 school can't even get interest to play in Australia or China. Even more sad if he is turning down those options to play a meaningless 6th year on a bad Iowa team

Mainly because he claimed his market value was greater than the scholarship he is chosing over his market value.

For a few of his teammates and many opponents his argument made a little sense but it never made sense for him.

He has lived off the system for the last five years, why change if you do not have to? I mean, free education, housing, meals, clothing, travel all paid for by someone else, who wouldn't want that life?

It would be a pretty solid deal, agreed. My issue with it is if he even has the slightest desire at a pro career, clock is ticking. You're only in your prime as an athlete for so long. Playing another 'free' year for Iowa is basically him telling his future self "F*** you!"
