I thought it was a given that Mississippi River towns like Keokuk, Burlington and Ft. Madison were crap holes and everyone knew it. You are correct, should have been included on the list as well.

Isn’t it just a teller position? Nothing wrong with that, but it’s not like it’s some high paying bankers job is it? At his age the radio gig probably gets him chicks.
If I had to live in either Burlington or Osky I’d pick Burlington in a heartbeat.
Both are going to have a lot of EIU fans, Osky is hour to Altoona, another 30 to 40 minutes to West DM or to Ames. Burlington has more serious crime, lots of gang related activity according to the KTVO, further from Ames, I would think three and half hours to get Ames. They do have a casino if you are into gambling, not sure about if the Bee's are playing this year or not.
Typical river town with all the problems that comes with it.
The Bees are playing this year in an independent league I think. As far as the SE Iowa river towns go the dirty B is the best one of the bunch even with it's problems. I've got a good friend from high school on the city council there. They've got some work ahead of them but they're working hard on cleaning it up.

Calling CyHawk games and doing ESPN play by play Cyclone basketball when you are WOI sports director hardly constitutes a Cyclone fan. Allowing the likes of John “Clowns” Sears and Andy “Cyclone Fans Abuse Their Children” Fales to go unchecked as their boss doesn’t either. The butt kissing of a certain politician this past year was also nauseating.
