Football Parking Selection

My seat selection appointment is right now. Went to log in and got a message they couldn't log me in and call the ticket office. On hold now. So maybe some technical glitches.

I'm pretty happy where I sit so not upset about it. Wouldn't mind being behind the Iowa State bench instead of visitors if available and minor thing being closer to an aisle would be nice, but if I just keep what I have I'm happy. Curious is others have had issues though.

Update I finally got through and they said the system is down. The guy talked me through it by phone (nothing better available).

It is a glitchy system. In preview sessions, I got "timed out" a few times long before the 10 minutes were gone.

I would keep trying online. When it works, it is pretty cool to be able to see all the available seats in the entire stadium.

I wasnt able to change my seats yesterday so had to call in but there was no hold time and rep was helpful so all good.

It is back up and running now but it had to be a rude awakening for the ticket office when they opened at 9:00. I finally was able to talk to someone at 10:00 and they were able to get my two pair of seats, seated together.
 
They also opened sales of away game tickets to top donors today, so that may have complicated matters and kept the phones busy.
 
I just finished, moved to the east side, better selection over there, at least for me, plus thinking I don't have to fight that northwest exit crowd to get to parking. No problems with the site; worked fine.

Edit: But I am closer to the students....May have to put ear plugs in grandsons ears :rolleyes:

I had been watching a pair of seats in a different location (we've been in the same spot for 15 years). Was going to switch. Right when I was making my selection, they disappeared. ****. Oh well, guess we'll be in the same spot for another year.
Other than that, no problems with the system - just slow.
 
I changed our seats this morning. I'm in section 11 and moved from row 24 to row 31. Wanted to get a little higher for a better view and for better protection from the blazing sun or the freezing wind. I was having troubles with the system, so I called the ticket office and they moved my seats for me.

What section bud? If closer to students maybe you moved in around me?
 
Couldn't upgrade seats because "Can't leave 1 seat vacant." Couldn't help but notice that 10+ single seats in that section alone...

I imagine that the singles are the result of someone renewing all but one of their season tickets, not others being allowed to move locations and leave singles open.
