First time going to a Watch PArty

Advice, be the first to do the keg stand, or else you will have 10 guys who fish lipped it before you. Get yours done right away.

My buddy and I want to go to Whiskey River in Ankeny for the watch party. I would love to hear info on protocol.

Does CF have a part of the bar reserved or just show up and sit anywhere assuming most in there are cyclone fans?
Wondering if it will already be crowded from folks there watching the TOE game the time slot before ours? I am certainly not opposed to getting there a little early and getting the party started, but wondering what others could offer in how these work.

Appreciate any feedback in advance.
Dude - you've been here five years, 400+ posts, and you really thought this would go well?? :D

At this watch party I don't want anybody touchin' me. If any a you homos touch me...I'll kill ya.

so, looks like I may be going. What time would y'all recommend for getting there? I was thinking probably around 6:30-6:45.

I'm fine standing for the game, and if I go it's just me sooooooo. (let's be honest, I just want the apple pie shots)

For a game like this, I’d go closer to an hour before. When we hosted the Iowa State-Iowa game watch earlier this year, the bar was at capacity already by about 5 or 10 minutes before the game started.
