Underrated is just sort of a catchall term here. Basically, I intended this to include any actors or actresses who never seem to get the lead role despite being great. Waltz frequently gets high profile supporting roles and brilliantly executes them, but he's not often the guy casting directors look up for the lead role.
The amount of times my friends and I have said "I'm just new boot goofin'" when someone is messing around or joking is far too many to count.
