Favorite ISU logos

This got drastically better in my (professional) opinion when they swapped the navy outline for the dark red. It's a great concept. Weakness is it doesn't work well at small sizes, but lots of the other choices don't either.

Also it's much better now that they stopped trying to wedge "ISU" into it.

I'd probably go block as primary and this as primary mascot.

Yeah, the letters and blue made it much too busy. I can stomach this blender version.

I like Fistin' Cy in the new colors.

The "true" bird-in-the-blender with an ISU or an Iowa State across it and a lot of blue for "highlights" is an absolute monstrosity, however.

I like the old school walking Cy, I just HATE his shoes. That has bothered me ever since I can remember. Why the hell is he wearing shoes??

I actually really like the Whirlwind Cy, it has really grown on me. But both the shoe-wearing and leaning old-school Cy are also cool.

I just wish we would move away from the beveled Block I-State. The "Stencil" or "2 Color" I State just looks so much cleaner.

2-toned I-STATE

Not my absolutely favorite logo but the brand is entrenched enough now, and the 2-tone version looks more timeless than the "beveled" fad we have now.

Tornado, though with a gold background, so it looks good on black or white backgrounds... the plain red one always looked a little flat to me.

Yeah, Ive always called it "Punching Cy".

That is what I call it as well, but I'm sure to @Sigmapolis it would be "Donkey Punchin' Cy".
