If it's the one about the bowtruckle passing, I am concerned he was mafia and trying to get it for himself/themselves. I guess i don't know if it would be worth it to the mafia to trade a member for the bowtruckle. Psy is good like that.

Sorry for being awol for the last half of the day, but I’ll drop a mafia list to make up for it. So here’s people I would look at as mafia:

Cyfan21 (weird to have to make the distinction now): I know it’s his first game, but he’s playing almost with a smug, I know something you don’t demeanor. And the last messages from him don’t help.

Farnsy: mixed bag but just a hunch. Can be active but now lays down a reason for hiding (congrats for the job though Farnsy). Just something to keep an eye on.

Clonies: mostly hiding again with low post count. Also received a vote from north on day 1 which could be used later to say he voted for mafia if he didn’t mess up.

Those are three that I’d like to take a look at the next couple days. I’d come up with more but my brain power is spent for the day.

**Special Item** - Bowtruckle - A small magical beast that can hide in your pocket and has the ability to pick locks. This will save you from a potential mafia hit during the night. The bowtruckle will start with Newt on the first day and then must be passed to another player each day. If you receive the bowtruckle, you will not know who passed it to you.

Here's the wording for the Bowtruckle. I don't see anything about it not being able to be passed to a mafia member. Maybe @bsaltyman can clarify - can this thing go to the mafia or does it get destroyed if the mafia gets it?

Hello all. As I’m fully expecting to be instakilled I’d like to get something out there. Bsalty said strategy is allowed after the night report. I found Tina the detective in my first night. I sent them the can’t be killed totem, and once I’m instakilled Tina and the doctor should be able to send the totem back and forth to each other so the doctor can save Tina and have the totem on every other night to keep them both alive.

1) whomever is the doctor should protect me tonight
2) whomever I sent the Bowtruckle to should send it back to me tonight (you know who you are)
3) if the Obscurus doesn't crush me tonight, then doctor can reveal themselves tomorrow and I can send the Bowtruckle their way
4) find mafia

So @CYme if I'm thinking correctly, based off this post PSY sent the Bowtruckle to discy which protected discy last night while the doctor was protecting PSY. Unless the doctor protected discy last night, which I guess could be true, this pretty much proves PSY's innocence. Because if PSY was mafia, I'm assuming the Bowtruckle would either be eliminated OR the mafia would just pass it around themselves for the rest of the game. It would be idiotic for PSY to pass it back to an innocent that they then decided to kill. It would also be idiotic for PSY to claim he had the Bowtruckle this early in the game when someone could easily refute that. PSY and discy are the only confirmed innos at this point in the game for myself
